Freelance Writing

I am a New York City-based freelance writer with a focus on content writing for small and medium-sized businesses. I also run a lifestyle blog where I write about travel, food and the coolest things to do in New York City.

Content Writing

If you’re here, you’re most likely looking for help to tell your story to potential clients. You need someone who gets you and can quickly distill all the amazing things you do into compelling content (blog posts, web copy, emails) that make your ideal customers feel as if you know them too.

That’s where I come in.

As a former reporter and fundraiser, I do these three things really well: conduct in-depth research to help identify the pain points of your target audience, simplify complex ideas and tell a story that gets results. I’ve written for national publications like Business Insider and helped develop non-profit communications strategy to win new donors, increase engagement and smash fundraising targets.

Blogging and Social Media

Through my own blog and writing for online publications that survive on page views, I’m constantly honing my digital marketing skills. I can show you how to build an audience and grow your blog through a combination of great writing, consistent posting using an editorial calendar and tasteful, but effective social media promotion.

On top of that, I am familiar with WordPress publishing and stay up to date on SEO best practices to ensure that every post gets seen by the people you are trying to reach.

Published Work

In addition to ghostwriting, I have written for Business Insider, American Express Open Forum, Audubon Magazine, Dollars & Sense Magazine and Downtown Express.
